Interactive Night
(Your own text version of Night by Elie
Weisel is required)
This stimulating software will help your students understand an important piece
of literature. Night is a first-hand account of life in the
concentration camps. Elie Wiesel is a
fourteen year old Jewish boy from Sighet, a little town in Transylvania. In the
spring of 1944 he and his family are deported from their ghetto and brought to
the concentration camp of Auschwitz. It is here that his life is changed
forever. The story reveals what life was like in the camp, and our series of
questions help reveal in such a vivid way that the reader
becomes involved in the book. Designed to be used in conjunction with the
book, you can use this in a computer lab setting or assign it as a special
reading project.
