Many of our software users have been asking about site licenses so that they can legitimately share the software advantage with their colleagues in the same department and in other departments.  With that in mind we have come up with what we think is a rather fair plan explained below.  Normally, purchasing a copy of any of our programs, authorizes the buyer to install and use the program on one or two machines personally or professionally.  Installing it on additional machines on the same premises or at another premises is prohibited unless you have written permission from Baggetta_Ware or have purchased a site license indicating how many machines you have the right to install on.

You can purchase a site license for multiple machines (network use from a server or individual machines) for all of our software (excluding  Curriculum Mapper, which have their own licensing plans), under the following conditions:

1.    Someone on the organization premises or the organization must purchase one copy of the program at regular cost.

2.   Computers being licensed must be at one site -- a single building or lab on the premises.  There is a one time charge
of 25% of the cost of one copy of the program at regular price per machine.

        EXAMPLE:

Let's say you purchase PassTracker 2000 at a single user license of $28.00

25% of $28.00 = $7.00   This would be the charge per machine on a site license.  If you have 18 machines the site license
        would cost $126.00.

Similar products can be calculated accordingly.

3.    Purchase of a site license according to the rules above should be ordered on an official purchase order or order form
accompanied by check or money order from your organization.  When we receive the purchase order, we will send you a
        document authorizing the site license.

Orders should be sent to:        Baggetta_Ware    Teacher Tech
                                                            177 Adams Street
                                                            Agawam, MA  01001
