The Literary Test Generators are the forerunner of a new generation of test generating programs.  They will create unique tests based on assorted themes.  Each generator offers its own types of tests like multiple choice tests, short answer tests, open ended question tests, vocabulary tests, quotation tests, etc..  Each program also has its own unique database of questions. 

Crime and Punishment is a novel by Russian author Fyodor Dostoevsky, that was first published in the literary journal The Russian Messenger in twelve monthly installments in 1866, and was later published in a single volume.

Crime and Punishment focuses on the mental anguish and moral dilemmas of Rodion Romanovich Raskolnikov, an impoverished St. Petersburg student who formulates and executes a plan to kill a hated, unscrupulous pawnbroker for her money, thereby solving his financial problems and at the same time, he argues, ridding the world of evil. Crime and Punishment is considered by many as the first of Dostoevsky's cycle of great novels, which would culminate with his last completed work, The Brothers Karamazov, shortly before his death.

The Crime and Punishment Test Generator will allow you to create tests and worksheets of many variations at the click of a mouse button.

This is a Windows PC program, and it can do the following:

• Generate randomized tests from the large questions database.  These included short answer questions (can be open ended) 
• Generate category tests:  These included short answer questions by chapters. 
• Generate selected question tests, selecting from the questions database: These include short answer (can be open ended) questions.
• Generate word puzzles from the list of vocabulary words included.

You also have the option of typing directly in the test window to add or change any of the questions or answers after you generate a test.  When you are satisfied with the generated test, you will be able to save the test as a text file.  This file can be opened in any word processor, modified, and then printed for distribution or photocopying.
