The Literary Test Generators are the forerunner of a new generation of test generating programs.  They will create unique tests consisting of a series of questions each with their own unique characteristics.  Each program has its own special database of questions built into the program.  These instructions pertain to the Literary Test Generator, Social Studies Volume I Test Generator

This is a Windows PC program, and it can do the following:

• Generate randomized tests from the 170 questions database.  These included short answer questions (can be open ended), Word Study questions.
   
• Generate category tests:  These included short answer questions.  3 Categories to choose from.
   
• Generate selected question tests, selecting from 3 categories: These include short answer (can be open ended) questions.
   
• Generate word puzzles from the list of vocabulary words included.

You also have the option of typing directly in the test window to add or change any of the questions or answers after you generate a test.  When you are satisfied with the generated test, you will be able to save the test as a text file.  This file can be opened in any word processor, modified, and then printed for distribution or photocopying.
